What type of payments do you accept?

We only take orders by credit card. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard and American Express and we do accept Paypal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Do you accept international orders?

Upper Playground can now only ship to select countries. All other countries not listed on our ordering page can order from www.thegiantpeach.com. International shipping costs are determined after an order has been placed, due to the fact that shipping charges are different for each individual country. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of ordering with the cost for shipping. You must respond to this e-mail, we will not process your order until we have received confirmation from you about shipping charges. So, please make sure your e-mail address is correct when ordering.

*International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We are not responsible for charges or fees charged by customs these charges are completely independent from Upper Playground.

Artwork and posters can not be shipped internationally due to damages incurred during shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?

We take up to 3 business days to process orders. Domestic orders will be shipped out via FedEx. Delivery on an order using FedEx ground takes about 4-5 business days. International orders are shipped out via FedEx International Economy and usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We only accept returns and exchanges 14 days from date of delivery. You must e-mail us at internet@upperplayground.com before returning or exchanging an item. You will receive an e-mail back from us with return or exchange instructions. On returned items you will only be credited the amount of the merchandise, you will not be credited for shipping costs.
